About MX VPN
Who operates MX VPN, where we are registered, and what we stand for.
MX VPN is built and operated by Halsus Digital LLC, a company registered in the State of New Mexico, United States.
Why we built it
A VPN sits between you and everything you do online. That is an enormous amount of trust, and much of the industry repays it by monetising the very data it promises to protect. We built MX VPN on the opposite premise: collect as little as it takes to run the service, keep no record of your activity, and say plainly what we do keep.
What we hold to
Keep no activity records
We do not log what you do online. Not to improve the service, not to sell, not to store "just in case". A record that is never created cannot be leaked or demanded.
Collect the minimum
Accounts, plans, and a byte counter. That is what running the service requires, and that is where we stop.
Say it plainly
Our data practices are published in plain language, not buried in a policy written to be filed rather than read.
Do not overpromise
No VPN can guarantee anonymity or that it will work on every network. We describe what MX VPN does, and we are straight about what it does not.

On our jurisdiction
We are registered in the United States, and we would rather address that directly than let you discover it later. US jurisdiction can mean exposure to legal process — which is precisely why our architecture does not create activity records in the first place. We cannot be compelled to produce a browsing history that was never written down.
